Multilayer pcb is circuit boards composed of two or more conductive layers (copper layers). The copper layer is pressed together by the resin layer (prepreg).
King Credie manufacture multilayer pcb up to 32 Layer ,We accept pure single material or mixed-press materials ( e.g., Fr4,Rogers,Polymide,metal Core）.
Generally, we recommend customers against specifying the exact prepreg grade and thickness. During fabrication, resin from the prepreg flows to fill gaps between circuit features, which causes the actual prepreg thickness to decrease versus its theoretical value.
Thicker customer‑specified copper foil, or lower copper coverage on a circuit layer, will lead to greater thickness loss.
For this reason, our preferred approach is for customers only to state the required dielectric thickness between each circuit layer. Our production team will select suitable prepregs to meet this requirement. Should the target thickness not be achievable, we will confirm the final achievable thickness with the customer.
